2027 Clinical Mastery Conference Presale
Clinical Mastery of Endocrine Resilience Personalizing Hormone Health Across the Lifespan
The PLMI Clinical Mastery Conference is a two-day immersive experience designed to help clinicians understand hormone health through the broader lens of systems biology and personalized lifestyle medicine. Rather than focusing on hormones as isolated biomarkers, the conference explores how the body’s interconnected systems work together to create resilience, adaptation, and long-term health.
Endocrine function is shaped by a complex interplay of biological, environmental, and lifestyle factors. When these systems become dysregulated, hormonal symptoms often emerge as downstream consequences rather than root causes. Bringing together leading clinicians, researchers, and thought leaders, this program examines how these patterns develop, how they can be recognized earlier, and how a more personalized approach can improve patient outcomes.
The first day focuses on the science of endocrine resilience, helping attendees understand the physiological foundations that influence hormone production, signaling, and adaptation throughout life. Faculty will explore the key drivers of dysfunction and provide a framework for identifying meaningful opportunities for clinical intervention.
The second day shifts to practical application, examining how these principles can be translated into patient care across the lifespan. Presentations will address the evolving needs of both women and men while exploring the emerging science of healthy aging, longevity, and healthspan optimization.
Throughout the conference, attendees will gain a cohesive framework for assessing endocrine dysfunction, sequencing interventions, personalizing treatment, and integrating emerging science into everyday clinical practice. The result is a more comprehensive, systems-based approach to hormone health that equips clinicians to deliver more precise, effective, and lasting patient outcomes.

Thomas G. Guilliams, PhDMolecular Immunology Expert
Tom earned his Ph.D. in 1996 from the Medical College of Wisconsin (Milwaukee), where he studied molecular biology/immunology. After his graduate studies, he joined Ortho Molecular Products- a premier physician channel dietary supplement manufacturer- establishing the roles of both science and regulatory affairs. Since that time, he has become an expert in the mechanisms, actions and therapeutic uses of nutritional and non-pharmacological agents, as well as the complex regulatory and quality issues related to dietary supplement manufacturing and marketing. This expertise allowed him to begin writing and teaching, and in 2014 he began writing a series of teaching manuals (Road maps) that outline and evaluate the evidence for the principles and protocols that are fundamental to the functional and integrative medical community. These textbooks explore the root cause pathophysiology of complex chronic diseases, along with the evidence and mechanisms for non-pharmacological therapeutic solutions. Tom teaches at the University of Wisconsin- Madison School of Pharmacy, where he holds an appointment as an Adjunct Associate Professor, and lectures widely to a range of healthcare professionals interested in leveraging lifestyle and natural agents as first-line therapies. Today, Tom serves as a consultant to organizations within the natural products, integrative and functional medicine space where he endeavors to make a real difference in the health and lives of millions. He lives (and works) off the beaten path outside of Stevens Point, Wisconsin with his family; where he has too many hobbies to list here.
