Long COVID: Living With-Living Beyond Regaining Hope
We have just been through a global trauma to body, mind and spirit called COVID-19. We are in the process of finding our way to recovery. In this process we have come to recognize that millions of people are suffering from what has been termed “Long COVID Syndrome.” This syndrome manifests itself in different ways with a myriad of different symptoms ranging in severity, frequency and duration.
For many, it has resulted in a loss of hope, joy, and the feeling of being well. With this as a context, we would like to offer this educational event as a path toward regaining health through interventions that regain our hope and help heal our immune system and its connection to our brain, heart, lungs, digestive, hormonal, and musculoskeletal systems.
This 2.5-hour free virtual learning experience hosted by the Personalized Lifestyle Medicine Institute has assembled a world-renown group of medical experts to deliver information on how we can find health beyond the impact of COVID. The faculty members for this conference are recognized leaders in their field. They have complementary views about Long COVID and how we can help heal the scars that remain from COVID-19.
This conference will deliver information that is unique and focused on how to initiate the healing process from injuries sustained to our body, mind and spirit from the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. The principal objective of this conference is to regain hope and joy through the understanding of things that we can do in the face of the challenges of Long COVID.
