Jennifer Champion had always struggled with her weight and her health. At 350 pounds and 5’5” she was morbidly obese, depressed and facing a diagnosis of PCOS. To remedy this, she studied nutrition and supplementation and enrolled in the UWS Masters of Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine program where she anticipates being part of the inaugural graduating class this coming December.  She has defied the medical community by correcting her PCOS enough through nutrition to have a beautifully spirited little boy and plans to pursue her ND with an emphasis on endocrinology after completing her Masters with UWS.
